Book a Counseling Session

Thank you for considering me as part of your mental health journey. Booking a session is a significant step toward growth, healing, and positive change. Here’s what you need to know to get started.

How It Works
I offer individual and family counseling sessions, each tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re here to work through a specific challenge or to gain tools for overall well-being, I’m here to provide a compassionate, supportive space.

Initial Consultation
For new clients, a 30-minute phone consultation is required to discuss your goals, answer any questions, and ensure we are a good fit for working together.

Booking a Session
Once a consultation has been completed, you will be asked to select a time that works for you and your schedule. You and I will discuss whether these sessions should be weekly, bi-weekly, or once a month, dependent on your goals.

Rates and Payment
